About the adventure
Foundry VTT has partnered with Dungeons & Dragons to create an officially licensed VTT conversion of Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk. It's both a remaster and sequel to Lost Mine of Phandelver that adds eldritch horror and mystery to expand the campaign from 1st all the way to 12th level. However, since committing to a full length 12-level campaign can be intimidating for new players, I've broken the campaign into multiple parts so you can test out the game to see if you like it. This 'Part 1' will take brand new adventurers though the first few adventures and levels in a weekly or bi-weekly game. This is a fantastic adventure for first time players that want to learn how to play D&D or use Foundry VTT itself. Come join the first part of this campaign and if you want your character to continue though this world, look to join future parts of the campaign! “Journey to the beloved town of Phandalin, where a malevolent cult threatens to overtake the region. Together with your party, solve mysteries and stamp out growing corruption as you uncover more about the peculiar happenings plaguing the town. Discover what lurks below in this high-fantasy adventure that begins with the familiar story of Lost Mine of Phandelver and then delves into the perilous Underdark.”

About me
Hello fellow adventure lovers and welcome to Quills & Quests, a tavern dedicated to the telling of stories! Bards, scribes, playwrights, and historians travel from all across the land to hear first-hand accounts of valiant quests from the heroes that also frequent our halls. We know that every hero has a story worth telling and we can't wait to hear yours! My name in Andru the Author and I'll be your guide. While I've only been GMing for a little over three years, I've recently discovered my past experiences have actually been preparing me for the joys of being a D&D GM. As it turns out, I've been practicing storytelling, voice acting, and refereeing tabletop games for decades. I have hosted a lot of in-person and virtual game nights from my own collection of over 100 table top games. I always enjoy devouring the rules for those games in order to teach everyone how to play while maximizing the enjoyment at the table.
