About the adventure
The Republic is crushed. The Jedi, gone. The Force, a myth. The Empire, collapsed. The New Republic? *scoff* Welcome to Karos! A planet of dense, alpine forests, high mountains, and craggy coasts. This planet, located in the Ado Sector of the Mid Rim, had just started to be colonized when the Clone Wars kicked off. 50 years, decades of survival and strife, have passed since. Drought, famine, disease, wildfire, wildlife both flora and fauna that could ravage a weaker population... your colony has faced it all. And have faced it alone. Each request was met with silence or cold indifference as the galaxy faced much bigger threats to its continuance than what one small planet could offer. We meet our adventurers as they scout deep into the jungle, looking to scavenge, forage, and hunt their way to another summer. For both themselves, and the 800 people that call Karos home.

About me
🌟 Professional Dungeon Master | Podcaster | YouTuber | Streamer | Fantasy Enthusiast 🌟 🛡️ Expert in cozy games and RPGs 🎲 Crafting immersive tabletop adventures 🎙️ Hosting engaging podcasts on all things RPGs 📺 Sharing tips, tricks, and gameplay on YouTube 🎮 Streaming magical journeys and cozy game sessions Join me on a quest through enchanting worlds and epic stories! 🏰✨ https://linktr.ee/thehatmaus?fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAAabCuO0jpme4zQYOKiwbLERfBfgbIJIfO8h2OZIdBLJycn9LsvH0X0525-Y_aem_2F_cVLg7SwoYTaw1P72_pA Meowdy, I usually run homebrewed scenarios in games that benefit from a deeper level of roleplay, though I'm no slouch when it comes to interesting and engaging combat, either. I have a passion for character development and incorporating my players' stories into my world, sometimes making permanent changes to the world depending on the heroes' actions. My tables strive to have an air of inclusivity. To help facilitate that, I have many guides and aides that will help promote a welcoming and safe place. No matter your story, background, or who you are now, you will be welcomed and respected. I started playing DnD with my Boy Scout troop 12+ years ago. Since then, I have played in or run many systems and am always looking for a reason to meet new players and try new ideas. I use discord for voice and will use either roll20 or Foundry for character sheet management / maps and handouts. Cameras are optional, however a headset or earbuds with a decent microphone would be recommended. If any of this sounds fun, I hope to see you around the table.

Creating your character
We will create characters during session 0. Given the Jedi Purge and the Inquisition, no players may be force sensitive. Otherwise, most options from the three main books should be feasible.
What to expect

How TheHatMaus creates a safe table
Prior to the game, I will send everyone Monte Cook's RPG Consent Worksheet. That will serve as the baseline for our Hardlines and Veils. During session 0, we will discuss and expand upon that list. There will be some parts of the game that may be triggering, but they are not so story necessary that I can't write them out. At the end of each session we will go over Stars (things that went well0 and wishes (things you want more of/ want to change).
