About the adventure
Welcome to Bugaboo Babies Day Nursery for babies and toddlers of monstrous descent! Our early years specialists are uniquely trained for the needs of your little portent, with certifications in safeguarding, feyguarding, First Aid, divination, combat, and allergies. Our curriculum is tailored to your child's development, with activities including outdoor play, music and dance, math and arcana, and field trips. Key workers feedback development every day, with comprehensive reports quarterly. Join our little family! We're happy to have you in the Bugaboo Babies play space, where we believe every child is a resilient, capable, confident, self-assured monster learning to be strong and independent through positive relationships! In this game, you will play nursery workers at a monstrous childcare nursery! Each of you will have two or three key children and you are their key workers. In your day-to-day you are tasked with caring for all children but reporting back on the progress and development of those three in particular.

Meet the Game Master
About me
Hey hi hello! My name is Meighread (May-reed) and I am a Dungeon Master (and human bard) of eight years with much love and affection for all things Critical Role, Dimension 20, Dungeons & Daddies, Unprepared Casters, and more! Nerd alert! My postgraduate thesis monologue 'Our Critical Failure' was a bittersweet examination of the thrills and uncertainty of both young love and queerness through the lens of D&D, inspired by Qui Nguyen' She Kills Monsters.

Creating your character
Please roll up a 3rd level Nursery Worker. I encourage you to use monstrous races in D&D. Keep in mind that in the real world childcare is a women dominated industry, feel free to play outside of your own gender to align with that, or deviate from it! Players will have two or three key children and you are their key workers. In your day-to-day you are tasked with caring for all children but reporting back on the progress and development of those three in particular. The events of this short campaign will take place in Farthing Hill, a suburban setting with local, everyone knows each other vibes. You can pitch to me an NPC you would know in Farthing Hill and it may become useful later on!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Please have DIscord and Roll20 accounts.
What Meighread brings to the table
I will provide NPC character art AND hand-drawn maps! I am an actor and teacher and I love doing cool voices. I'm pretty central on the rule of cool to RAW sliding scale. As a rule, my sessions will never include sexual assault or gender-based violence.
