Creating your character
✨ When creating your character, give them a mundane job/responsibility/obligation within the town of Aphlin, something that they will be invested in cultivating in addition to their calling to their strange powers. Keep in mind the tension between the two worlds. For more world lore, send me a message for clarification! ✨ We will be loosely using the Brink of the Abyss series base. ✨ We'll do character creation over DMs, in the Discord category, or in Session Zero! Newer player? No problem! I have a step-by-step character creation channel in my Discord! ✨ When the character is complete, please send me the PDF!

Homebrew rules
✨ Although the book establishes Cut To The Action rules to immediately jump into the action, we will be slowing the pace of our story as appropriate, so instead we will be taking our time with character introductions and small missions and conflicts to get to know the table as players and characters. It helps everyone mesh better. ✨ We will be loosely using the Brink of the Abyss series base, adapting content as relevant to our story.
