About the adventure

Great deeds do not end with those who perform them. They echo. They linger. They are inherited. In this campaign, you will not simply play a character — you will witness how legends are formed, how history remembers them, and how the next generation lives with what came before. You begin as low-level adventurers, drawn together for a single, self-contained story. In the next session, you reunite as the same heroes, now more powerful, facing a new challenge. With each session, your characters rise in capability and influence, moving from uncertain beginnings to figures of myth. Every decision becomes canon. Every success and failure reshapes how the world — and your companions — perceive you. But power is only part of the story. After your heroes reach the heights of their careers, time moves forward. Characters rotate. You inherit one of the original legends and create their descendant, defining what endured, what changed, and what the past now means. Alliances, rivalries, triumphs, and mistakes do not vanish — they evolve. The history you helped create becomes the foundation of future generations. Across the campaign, you will play multiple characters bound by lineage, reputation, and consequence. Relationships deepen. Perspectives shift. The meaning of legacy transforms as decades of fiction pass between sessions. This is not a traditional continuous adventure. It is a living generational saga. How the Experience Works: • Play the same heroes across escalating tiers of play • Each session delivers a focused, self-contained story • Past events permanently influence future dynamics • Rotate characters and create descendants • Explore evolving relationships across generations History is created at the table — not discovered in a book. What Makes This Campaign Different: ✔ Generational storytelling that is rarely seen in D&D ✔ Character choices carry long-term narrative weight ✔ Fresh session energy without losing continuity ✔ Deep roleplay and evolving party dynamics ✔ Multiple perspectives on a shared heroic lineage Your actions do more than solve problems — they shape memory. Ideal For Players Who Enjoy: ✔ Character-driven narratives ✔ Meaningful choices and lasting consequences ✔ Rich roleplay and group dynamics ✔ Experimental and story-focused campaigns ✔ Seeing how decisions ripple through time Experience Level: New and veteran players are equally welcome. Support and guidance are provided at every tier of play. Legends are not merely remembered. They are inherited. What will your legacy become?

About me

Adam (Legend Weaver) has been playing Dungeons and Dragons since elementary school. Since then, he's played several different role-playing games, both in-person and online. He spent several years running a Vampire LARP in his city and has hundreds of hours of storytelling and game-running experience. Critical Role brought him back to the world of Dungeons and Dragons, and he enjoys being both behind the screen and in the trenches with other players. As an actor and singer, Adam enjoys telling stories, and this just adds to the list of stories he can help tell. He uses his theatre training to add creative NPCs and descriptions to enhance the player experience as much as possible. We now have a Discord Community server! Character creation

Creating your character

Character creation is handled during Session 0, with support provided as needed. This ensures Session 1 begins in play, not paperwork. Starting Level: A D4 will be rolled to determine the starting level at the beginning of each arc. For each session within the arc, another D4 will be rolled to determine the new level. Ability Scores: Rolled - 4d6 drop lowest (must total 70 or higher) - on D&D Beyond Allowed Sources: All official Wizards of the Coast 5e books Restrictions: No homebrew; setting-specific flavor will be provided Character Sheets: Created digitally (D&D Beyond) You will create a new character based on another player's character at the start of each arc. While later characters are descendants of the heroes of the previous arc, this affects the story and species only, not class, abilities, or build options. No extensive backstory is required. We will collaboratively establish: Who your character is What they believe about the past How they relate to the legacy they’ve inherited If you want guidance or collaboration during character creation, that support is available — but you are never required to build your character live at the table.
