In this fantasy one-shot using Dragonbane, you’ll play bold adventurers racing upward through a collapsing tower where every floor brings new dangers: shifting rooms, clever puzzles, desperate battles, and choices that could mean glory—or a watery grave. This adventure is fast, tense, and atmospheric. The clock is always ticking. Every decision matters. Do you push forward while the walls groan and the sea rises, or retreat before the depths claim you? Creating your character
This adventure comes with ready-to-play pre-generated characters, designed to drop you straight into the action and get the story moving fast. If you’d rather bring your own hero, you’re welcome to create a 1st-level Dragonbane character instead. The only requirement is that your character sheet is sent to me at least one day before the session, so I can prepare and import it into Foundry. Whether you pick a pregen or bring your own creation, the focus is on bold personalities, clear motivations, and heroes ready to risk it all when the tower rises from the sea.

How GM Khitan creates a safe table
Dragonbane is a folk-fantasy game. Even if I don't expect it to become too dark, there will be violence and there will be monsters. I will make sure that players' lines and limits are respected and that everyone feels comfortable at the table. Before starting you will be asked to compile a form with your lines and veils, the things you don't want to appear in the game, and during the game we will use X/N/O cards, bleed, debriefing, and aftercare, to make sure that the tone of the adventures is acceptable for everybody. We will also use Stars and Wishes, a tool to give feedback to your GM, to ensure that your desires are met. My tables are friendly and inclusive and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
