About the adventure

Drynna sits on the edge of the Lucidian Coast: foggy waters, rocky shores, and wilderness that doesn’t care if you’re brave. You’ll begin in a grounded, “small-town problems become big-world consequences” opening… and then the campaign expands outward into Tal’Dorei at large: desperate roads, strange ruins, political tension, ancient magic, and the kind of trouble that follows heroes whether they want it or not. This is a roleplay-forward, character-driven campaign with tactical, high-stakes combat. Expect memorable NPCs with distinct voices and personalities, investigations that reward curiosity, and choices that matter. I love weaving personal backstories into the world. If you give me hooks, I will use them. Combat is intense and cinematic: smart enemies, meaningful terrain, and encounters that ask you to think. The vibe is adventurous and sometimes ominous, with room for humor and heart. If you enjoy a table that can go from tense to hilarious to heartfelt, sometimes in the same scene, you’ll feel right at home.

About me

Hello! My name is Timothy and my pronouns are He/Him. I have a deep love for storytelling and dice rolling and have ran games on roll20 for a number of years. In total I have roughly twelve years of total GMing experience and have created my own worlds and games across many different genre's such as high fantasy and the old west. Below (I think) you will find a Youtube link to my channel where I have uploaded past games. These will give everyone a good understanding of the type of GM I am.

Character creation

Creating your character

When: During a free Session 0 (even if you join after the campaign has started). Starting Level: 1 Where: Foundry VTT (we’ll build characters directly in the game system). Stats: Standard Pathfinder 2E character creation (PF2E’s normal ability boosts). Sources: Core PF2E options are welcome. Tal’Dorei Reborn / Critical Role-inspired content is encouraged; if something is niche, we will figure it out together.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Join my Discord server (voice chat + announcements). Install Discord and make sure your mic/headset is working. Connect to my Foundry VTT server (I’ll provide the link/instructions). Skim any quick campaign primer/house guidelines I share in Discord.

What Tim G. brings to the table

Tactical, challenging encounters with clear stakes and satisfying wins. Curated music and atmosphere via Syrinscape playlists I run through my own Discord bot (no extra apps needed on your end). Funny, vivid NPCs with distinct voices and personalities. Deep, character-driven roleplay with meaningful consequences and spotlight moments. A table that respects rules and momentum—clean adjudication, fast turns, and cinematic scenes.

Homebrew rules

I keep homebrew light and purposeful: Free Archetype (to expand options and support tougher encounter design). For exceptionally hard encounters (boss fights or “lock in” moments): everyone gains 1 Hero Point at the start of each new round. This is your in-world signal that the fight is serious.

Safety

How Tim G. creates a safe table

On joining the Discord server, you’ll get access to a fillable Lines & Veils form (only I can view your responses). We’ll cover expectations and boundaries in Session 0. We take a mid-session break, and anyone can step away anytime—no questions asked. After intense sessions, we do a quick cooldown/decompress if everyone has time. Foundry includes a digital X-card module for real-time, no-explanation-needed safety tools.
