What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players can expect a character-driven adventure, with themes inspired by franchises like Star Wars Podracing and F-Zero. The core gameplay loop involves undertaking mission-based mercenary contracts to earn credits to buy/upgrade your racing rigs, and then competing in races across a variety of planets for fame and glory. Once your crew's reputation starts growing from winning races, the party gets to choose from a variety of sponsorship deals to fuel your new celebrity lifestyles! Along the way, players are encouraged to work with the GM to incorporate personal arcs into the adventure as they compete to become the Galaxy's Fastest Legends! This adventure focuses on emergent storytelling, so players are encouraged to collaborate with the GM and their fellow players to build a story that is totally their own!

Homebrew rules
When using a hero point, players can never reroll into a worse result. Example: Your 1st roll is a failure, your hero point roll is a natural 1. You still only get the failure effect.
