About the adventure
Hosted by The Great Empire we welcome all to the tournament as the winnings are immeasurable. Although death is almost entirely assured very few offer to enter by themselves so to fill the ranks we use "convicted" felons, prisoners from the iron mountain, along with the occasional bored noble. This is for all players new or old, we will be experiencing heavy combat, puzzles, riddles and physical obstacles that will try to prevent you from reaching the end of the dungeon. Some of these floors will have themes that might work for or against you. For instance, the ice dungeon all fire damage is halved while frost damage is doubled (this will be treated as resistance and vulnerable). If you are a tiefling who has fire resistance and you can make it too the fire dungeon you will no longer have resistance, everyone else however will have a vulnerability to fire for this floor. With different terrains and atmospheres that will prevent magic, gravity-defying physics, and other factors that warp the world. You will be challenged to jump, run, swim and slide across the dungeon as not every floor can be fought. Some floors you will have to pray and run as fast as you can.

About me
I've been DMing since my start with a mentality of war being 90% preparation and 10% execution, for my in-person games I've made all players a character binder with their characters race, class, subclass, multiclass, background as well as rules for combat, magic and such. I want to know who your characters are so I know how best to show off what you as player can do, while trying to kill you. If you're a blindsight fighter then I will cover the area in darkness, so you guide your party out. Are you the fastest boy in the land as a tabaxi monk? Then I will put a chase scene in there to show off how fast you can go to pursue some criminal through the city. I'm a big fan of homebrews and the rule of cool. I've been building a homebrew world for years and getting input from my players and the community has been great; what's better is seeing them react and reshape a town or belief as they pass through. My players adding to my world has been one of the best perks of running these games.
