About the adventure
The Demon Stone is a major relic that has recently awakened and now pulses with a dark power. You are one of the few to hear its profane summons. You search for the Stone, but cannot find it, yet you learn of a shadowy prophecy that claims only a few can stop the domination of your world. The Stone draws you to a holy city where your quest truly begins. You discover you are not alone in your searching, and you join a fellowship of other adventurers who also seek the Stone. Together, you will fulfill your destiny and the prophecy, but you are not the only ones seeking the Demon Stone. There are cults and deadly individuals who also seek the relic, yet together with your new companions, you will traverse the world and meet exotic peoples until you locate the Stone and either destroy the relic or become a thrall to the it’s seductive will.

About me
🧙♀️I am a disabled poet who started playing AD&D 2e back in the THAC0 days of the mid 1990s. I quickly progressed from being a player to being a GM due a lack of GMs in the area, but I found that I love being the Game Master, and have run games ever since. I truly enjoy complex storytelling. 🧙♀️I have years of experience studying fantasy and sci-fi literature, mythology, and epic poems. In college, I studied Gilgamesh, Paradise Lost, and Beowulf in detail and I often draw on these epic stories when writing our adventures. 🧙♀️I am a published mythopoetic poet who combines mythology and technology metaphors to produce an autobiographical poetry thats strives to be generalized into universal experiences. My book of poetry, Spacetime Nirvana, was published in 2022 by Alien Buddha Press.

Make a 1st-level novice character using the Shadow of the Weird Wizard core book. If you would prefer, I will also have pre-generated characters available.

Preparing for the session

I provide Foundry VTT as a virtual tabletop. I provide a Discord server to facilitate communication. I will also provide a player's guide to introduce you to the campaign.
Homebrew rules
We will play RAW (Rules as Written), but I will employ the Rule of Cool. If you suggest something cool, we will use the Rule of Cool to resolve it. The setting is my homebrew world.

We will use a combination of a session 0 and X-Cards. I have a no-tolerance rule for sex. Sex must be consensual and happen off-screen. No form of sexual violence is allowed either in-game or in backgrounds.
