About the adventure
Your adventure begins on the road to Phandalin, a small frontier town on the edge of civilization. What starts as a simple escort mission quickly spirals into something far more dangerous. Goblins ambush your caravan, a dwarf named Gundren Rockseeker has vanished, and whispers of the legendary Lost Mine of Phandelver—a cache of magical treasures lost for centuries—draw you deeper into mystery. As you explore the Sword Coast, you'll battle bandits, navigate treacherous goblin lairs, and uncover the secrets of Wave Echo Cave. But finding the mine is only the beginning. Strange events plague Phandalin: townspeople act strangely, nightmares grip the innocent, and an ancient obelisk on the outskirts of town begins to crack and crumble.

Meet the Game Master
About me
I’m a lifelong Dungeon Master (25+ years) with a deep love for immersive storytelling, dark fantasy, and meaningful player choice. My games blend classic D&D adventure with rich atmosphere—whether that’s creeping horror, political intrigue, or high-stakes heroism—always grounded in the actions and decisions of the players at the table. I specialize in narrative-driven campaigns where characters matter just as much as combat. I enjoy slow-burn tension, unsettling mysteries, and moments of genuine triumph earned through clever play, roleplay, and teamwork. Horror is one of my favorite tools, but it’s never there just for shock value—it’s used to heighten emotion, test resolve, and make victories feel earned. My DM style is flexible and player-focused. I adapt to the tone and interests of the group, whether you want roleplay-heavy sessions, tactical combat, exploration, or a mix of everything. I believe the best games come from collaboration, trust, and a shared desire to tell an unforgettable story. I welcome both new and veteran players. New players will find a supportive table where learning the game is part of the fun, while experienced players can expect layered worlds, challenging encounters, and consequences that resonate beyond a single session. If you’re looking for a game that takes your character seriously, isn’t afraid to explore darker themes, and treats D&D as a living story rather than a railroad—I’d be excited to have you at my table.

What Jeff brings to the table
My DMing Style I love bringing characters to life with voices and really getting into the roleplay when the moment calls for it. I'm a big believer in the Rule of Cool—if something sounds awesome and serves the story, let's make it happen. That said, I'm not here to railroad anyone into a specific playstyle. Whether you want deep character immersion, tactical combat, goofy shenanigans, or just a chill evening rolling dice with friends, I'm down for it. My table welcomes both the method actors and the casual hang-out crowd. We're here to have fun together, whatever that looks like for you. The story adapts to the energy you bring. Let's create something memorable.
