About the adventure
A murder has been committed, and everyone in the room is connected to it in some way. In this hosted murder mystery experience, players step into fully realized characters, each with their own backstory, relationships, and closely guarded secrets. Through conversation, investigation, and deduction, the group works to uncover what really happened—and who is responsible. Each game features a self-contained mystery with a distinct setting and tone, ranging from cozy and dramatic to dark and suspenseful. Players will choose from a list of available characters for that specific game, each offering a unique perspective on the crime. Character selection is first come, first serve, so no two tables—and no two playthroughs—are ever the same. Gameplay is entirely roleplay-driven and designed to be accessible for both newcomers and experienced players. No acting or improv experience is required. I host and guide the game throughout, introducing clues, managing pacing, and ensuring everyone has space to participate. Players are encouraged to ask questions, share information, form alliances, and make accusations as the story unfolds. This game is perfect for players who enjoy interactive storytelling, social deduction, and character-focused play. Whether you’re here to solve the mystery, lean into the drama, or simply enjoy watching the secrets unravel, you’ll be an active part of a shared story with a satisfying and dramatic reveal at the end.

Creating your character
All characters are pre-written and provided. Players do not need to create their own characters ahead of time. For each game, there will be a set list of available characters, each with a complete backstory, relationships, motives, and secrets. Players will choose their character from this list on a first come, first serve basis. Character information will be shared before the game begins, giving players time to read through their role, understand their secrets, and get comfortable stepping into character. No stats, levels, or mechanical knowledge are required—everything is narrative and roleplay-focused. Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with their character before the session, but no prep work beyond reading the provided materials is necessary. All rules, pacing, and guidance will be handled during the game. This format makes the game accessible to both new and experienced players—just pick a character, show up, and start investigating.
It’s 1995 and the River Coven of New Orleans is in crisis. The Supreme, Elder Esmeray, has been murdered. Recently, Elder Esmeray has been in decline, her powers have been waning, which means a new Supreme would need to be tested and elected. Elder Esmeray summoned all witches and warlocks of the coven from all over the world and on Halloween night they were to be tested and a new Supreme would be chosen. However, Elder Esmeray was found murdered on October 30th and a killer is on the loose.

What Skyybunny brings to the table
I handle all aspects of the game so players can focus entirely on roleplay, investigation, and enjoying the experience. I provide all game materials, including characters, clues, secrets, scripts, and any supporting resources needed to play. Players don’t need to prepare anything beyond reading their character information before the session. Each game is fully hosted and guided by me. I handle the pacing, structure, and flow, introducing story beats, clues, and transitions throughout the game. Narration is delivered either live between rounds or through prerecorded narration included with certain games, depending on the mystery being played. I also provide ambient music to enhance the atmosphere and help set the tone, whether the game leans cozy, dramatic, or suspenseful. This is a roleplay-first, low-pressure experience—there is no combat, no stats, and no mechanical complexity. The focus is on conversation, deduction, and storytelling. I create a welcoming, inclusive environment where players are encouraged to engage, be curious, and lean into their characters at their own comfort level. All you need to do is show up, step into your role, and decide who you trust.

How Skyybunny creates a safe table
Player comfort and safety are a priority in all of my games. Because these are hosted murder mystery experiences rather than long-form tabletop campaigns, there is no formal Session 0. Instead, the premise and tone of each mystery will be clearly posted in the Discord server ahead of time so players can review the content and decide if the game is a good fit for them. If at any point a player feels uncomfortable, they are encouraged to reach out to me directly via private message or use Red / Yellow signaling: Yellow – Pause or soften the current content Red – Stop and adjust immediately These signals can be sent privately or in chat, and no explanation is required. I’m happy to make adjustments in real time, whether that means fading content to black, redirecting a scene, or taking a short break. After the game, players are always welcome to check in, ask questions, or decompress if needed. My goal is to create a space that feels welcoming, respectful, and safe, where everyone can enjoy the mystery without stress or pressure.
