About the adventure

A run down crew. A job turned sour. A corpse full of secrets. An uneasy promise of peace teetering at the edge of oblivion. What is the connection? Grimy streets stretch under your feet and the coppery tang of blood, rust, and dread linger like flies over an owlbear carcass. This city was a better place at some point, no one remembers when anymore. That's the thing with forgetting. You forget why you are here now, you forget what will happen if you try it again. If it serves as any consolation, there's nothing so terribly bad that can't get worse. WELCOME TO SHARN. THIS IS EBERRON NOIR. A campaign of hard-boiled detectives, mystery, investigation, and slow jazz playing through a boxy-sounding gramophone in the foreigner quarter. - a person-shaped hole - a killer on the lose - truths you're not prepared for - a story to be written in rust and ash Will you find out what is actually happen or will you bestumbling in the dark while the world crumbles around you?

Safety

How Gabi Caetano creates a safe table

As a Queer, Neurodivergent Game Facilitator from the Global South I strive to make my tables welcoming to players of all backgrounds, especially from marginalized groups which includes making accommodations for individual player needs and kicking out bigots and fascists from my table (then reporting them). 🌻♾️🏳️‍🌈 All players are required to join Session 0, where we will discuss mutual interests, goals, and play styles, as well as establishing our lines and veils and other safety tools. We begin our first gameplay scene at the end of Session 0. Our biggest ally is the Check In: use it liberally! ✅ The game includes themes of inter-generational conflict and comic-book. 🔴 Default lines: - Ableism; - Child abuse - Homophobia; - Transphobia; - Racism, fantasy racism; - Sexual violence/harassment; - Player-on-Player gaslighting and bullying; - Player-on-Player TRASH (transphobia, racism, ableism, sexism, homophobia) behavior; 🟡 Default veils: - Child endangerment; - Xenophobia; - Gaslighting; - Fatphobia; - Eating disorders; - Police violence; - Sexual interaction/descriptions; - Spiders; - Bullying.
