About the adventure
🗝️ Keys from the Golden Vault A Modular, Heist-Focused D&D 5E Campaign (Levels 1–11) Behind locked doors and sealed vaults lie secrets never meant to be touched. The Golden Vault exists to acquire those secrets — quietly, cleanly, and with style. This campaign is inspired by classic heist stories like Ocean’s Eleven, blending cinematic planning, tense execution, and unpredictable consequences into a flexible D&D experience. Every session is a self-contained mission with a clear objective, but together they form a larger narrative surrounding the mysterious Golden Vault organization. 🎩 A Campaign That Fits Your Playstyle This is a fully modular campaign designed for maximum flexibility. Players may start at any level between 1 and 11 You can play a single mission, a few selected jobs, or progress through every level There is no obligation to play every session or commit long-term Each session tells a complete story, with a beginning, middle, and end Whether you want a one-night heist or a long-running criminal legend, the choice is yours. 🧠What to Expect at the Table This campaign emphasizes: 🗝️ Planning and preparation 🎠Roleplay and social interaction 🧩 Creative problem-solving 🎬 Cinematic moments and player-driven solutions Combat exists, but it is never the only answer. Clever ideas, teamwork, and improvisation are often more effective than brute force. Plans will fail. Unexpected complications will arise. How you adapt will decide the outcome. 🎲 System & Structure System: D&D 5E (Official Content: Keys from the Golden Vault) Levels: 1–11 (each session designed for a specific level) Party Size: 4–5 players (max 6) Platform: Roll20 (VTT) + Discord (voice) Language: English Pre-generated characters will always be available, and experienced players may bring their own characters at the appropriate level. 🕯️ Tone & Themes Intrigue and secrecy Trust, betrayal, and consequences Style over brute force The tension between perfect plans and chaotic reality This is not a story about heroes saving the world. About me
I am not just a Game Master — I am a Lorekeeper. For me, tabletop roleplaying games are modern forms of ancient storytelling. Just like the storytellers of old, I guide players through worlds shaped by myth, consequence, and shared imagination. I have years of experience running narrative-focused, immersive RPG sessions across multiple systems, including Dungeons & Dragons (5e), Vampire: The Masquerade, Call of Cthulhu, and Fate. My games prioritize atmosphere, character depth, emotional stakes, and meaningful player choices over rigid mechanics. Whether you are exploring forgotten ruins, navigating political intrigue, or facing cosmic horror, my goal is always the same: to create a memorable story that belongs to the table, not just the rulebook. I run games that are welcoming to both new and experienced players. Sessions are carefully prepared, clearly communicated, and paced to keep everyone engaged. I value trust, respect, and collaborative storytelling above all else. If you are looking for a cinematic, story-driven RPG experience guided by a professional narrator — welcome to the guild.

Creating your character
Characters can be created using D&D 5E or the updated 5.5 rules — whichever you’re more comfortable with. Both are welcome at the table. The campaign takes place in a classic Sword Coast–style setting, so standard fantasy characters fit perfectly. If you’re new, you’re more than welcome to use one of the pre-generated characters and jump straight into the action. Experienced players can bring their own characters at the appropriate level. If needed, we’ll review characters together during Session 0 to make sure everything fits the mission and the tone of the game. Whether you want to keep things simple or bring a character with a bit more depth, we’ll make it work.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
How should your players prepare? No heavy preparation needed! You can jump into the game with a pre-generated character, or bring your own if you prefer — both options are totally welcome. We’ll be playing on Roll20 and Discord. During Session 0 (or before the game), we’ll go over everything together: characters, tools, expectations, and any questions you might have. If you’re new to online play or the system, I’ve got you covered. All you really need is a stable internet connection, a headset or mic, and a willingness to have fun and pull off a great heist. The rest? We’ll figure it out at the table.
What LoreKeeper brings to the table
I’ll take care of everything you need so you can focus on the fun part: planning the job and playing your character. You’ll get clean, well-prepared maps on Roll20, handouts when needed, and a smooth flow between scenes so the game keeps moving. I use ambient music and sound cues through Discord to set the mood — tense during the heist, calm when planning, and chaotic when things go wrong. My GM style leans toward cinematic play. I enjoy character voices, vivid descriptions, and giving players room to try clever ideas. I value creativity and teamwork, and while I respect the rules, I’m always happy to lean into the Rule of Cool when it makes the moment better. Combat is meaningful but not constant — smart plans, good roleplay, and creative problem-solving are often just as powerful as a sword or spell. Most importantly, I aim to create a welcoming, respectful table where everyone feels comfortable speaking up, taking risks, and having a great time. Whether you’re brand new or very experienced, you’ll be supported and heard at my table.

How LoreKeeper creates a safe table
Creating a safe and comfortable table is a top priority for me. Before we play, we’ll have a Session 0 to talk about tone, expectations, boundaries, and what everyone wants from the game. This helps make sure we’re all on the same page before the story begins. During play, we’ll use the X-Card as a simple, no-questions-asked tool. If something ever feels uncomfortable, it can be skipped or adjusted immediately — no explanations required. Beyond tools, I aim to foster a respectful, inclusive, and judgment-free table. You’re always welcome to speak up, ask for a pause, or message me privately if something feels off. Player comfort will always come before story or mechanics. This game is meant to be fun, collaborative, and immersive — not stressful. We’ll take care of each other, and the story will be better for it.
