About the adventure
You have followed a faded map to a lost citadel deep in the desert. According to the stories, an ancient cult used to dwell in this place, but it has been abandoned for so long that nobody knows what waits in its dark corners. About me
Hello, I've been a Game Master for 15 years, and have experience running many systems. I've ran games for friends for years and have GM'd games at conventions, introducing players to a myriad of games. I'm comfortable to run games for beginners who would like to learn more about Role Playing or specific game systems, and I'm comfortable running games for experienced players. I love running games and working with players to help craft the experience that they want.

Creating your character
Players may select from a number of pre-generated characters. Players may create characters using official material from Shadowdark. Characters must be submitted within 2 hours of gametime to receive approval to play. Otherwise, pregens may be selected. To create a character, please use the Shadowdarklings link that's provided in the Discord. Remember to keep the following rules in mind: - Players MUST use randomly generated stats for their characters. - Players CANNOT give their characters magic items (including scrolls and potions) at character creation without GM's express permission. - Players must provide me with a PDF from Shadowdarklings as well as a JSON from Shadowdarklings. Both will be reviewed before approval is given.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need an account with Forge VTT, an account with Discord, and a microphone for voice chat. A camera is encouraged but not required. This adventure is meant to teach you how to play Shadowdark, so no preparation is necessary to play.
What Rob brings to the table
I will bring the VTT, maps, tokens, and pre-made characters. This session is great for people wishing to learn Shadowdark, and so is focused on getting to the table quickly and start playing!
