Within its towering halls, students are trained in the art of capturing and commanding creatures. As a student of Aegis Academy, you will embark on a journey of discovery, power, and consequence. The academy is a prestigious yet enigmatic institution, where students compete to become master Keepers, forge bonds with powerful creatures, and uncover the origins of the Keeper Bracers. Your choices will determine where you stand in the grand design of the Keepersâwill you uphold tradition, challenge authority, or forge your own path? The academy holds many mysteries, and the world beyond its walls is vast, filled with both danger and opportunity. This drop-in style homebrew campaign is perfect for players who want to play on occasion or every week! While following the D&D 5e system, this session is HOMEBREW HEAVY. Loot, gold and items carry over between sessions. New one-shots each session will push the Academy to new locations, slowly uncovering a larger threat to Zytheris! Homebrew rules
Health Potions: You may use a bonus action to consume a healing potion- in which the usual dice roll will determine how much is regained. You may use an action to consume a healing potion- in which the highest amount of regained health points will be gained instead. It takes a full action to administer a health potion to another player, in which the usual dice roll will determine how much that players health is regained. [NOTE: This is a drop in style, "play as you like" campaign"] Join us weekly for a drop-in style play from home D&D 50 Homebrew Adventure! Using a unique "Keeping Mechanic" you'll embark on this story as a Beast Keeper catching creatures along the way! Throughout the game, you can utilize X, N, & O cards by reaching out to the DM directly through Discord messaging. We'll have a brief 10-minute break around midway, but feel free to step away whenever you need to attend to yourself (we operate on an Open Door Policy). Additionally, players are encouraged to contact the DM via direct messaging if they have any game-related worries.
