About me

I've been playing and running TTRPGs for over forty years now, and love big epic stories with even bigger epic heroes. My favorite systems include D&D 5E and Fate.

Character creation

Creating your character

We will hold a session zero to create characters. I utilize D&D Beyond to track characters and the campaign. Characters will be created at level 11 using point buy for ability scores and fixed hit points. I have access to all the latest Eberron material on D&D Beyond, and will share it with you when you join the campaign.

The current party

The party is now level 12. We have a monk, a sorcerer and an artificer.

Safety

How Joshua creates a safe table

We will use the phrase "let's pause for a minute" in a fashion similar to the X-card to halt the game when something needs to be changed or avoided. We will discuss lines and veils during session zero and will use a consent form as well. When things get too intense we will take breaks.
