About the adventure
For newer and experienced alike, join an adventure filled with intrigue, battle, and adventure, will you join with Robin Hood and his band of merry thieves? Will you instead side law, order, and the grim-faced sheriff? Or will you stand alone, pursuing you own ideals, or just the pursuit of treasure? Plan: Four scenes with optional combat in each scene, one scene with required combat, and an optional fifth scene with either heavy RP/diplomacy or combat depending on choices made. DM style: I am a experienced DM and generally insist on a session zero, but as

Creating your character
Each player should create a level 2 character, a general theme for characters should follow along with the idea that the PC's have come in answer to bounty posters for the capture or killing of Robin Hood, (Mercenaries, Lawful Good or Neutral etc.) or the opposite in which the PC has come to find and join with Robin Hood. (Chaotic Good, Neutral Good)
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Please make sure you have a character and have sent me your character sheet, have read the safety section, as well as a response to the following 3 questions, 1. Are there any topics that are triggering or out of bounds? (There shouldn't be anything that bad in this one shot, but just case I do try and ask) 2.What parts of DND do you enjoy? (RP, combat, skill checks, etc) 3. Anything in particular you want to get out of this one shot? Such as try a class you haven't tried before.

How Michael creates a safe table
For a one shot like this, I do expect players to respond to the three questions above in the preparation section, I also expect players to recognize that not everyone has the same familiarity with DND and to act respectfully to all players at the table. For any players who are making the environment uncomfortable, speaking from my background in conflict management, I have a policy of X, N, and O, or 'green light, yellow light, red light'. Yellow light is when a player is having less problematic issues, for example, rules lawyering, over the top power gaming, or having an edgy or otherwise problematic character. Red light comes into play when a player attempts to use sexual violence, targeted harassment, or pvp harassment to other players at the table. These also warning also extend to general content warnings during narration or scenes. Players: three yellow light warnings, depending on severity. Players will not receive any red light warnings! Unless otherwise noted sexual violence, forced romance, graphic innuendos, violence against children, domestic abuse, drug use, and similar graphic subject matter are FORBIDDEN. Occasionally for adults I do run more graphic campaigns, but this is not one of them.
