About the adventure
In a world drowning under the "Faerie" corruption—a tide of mutated monstrosities born from the encroaching chaos—humanity’s only hope lies in the Holy Knights. But even saints need monsters to do their dirty work. You are a "Hero": a high-profile criminal executed for your sins, only to be dragged back from the grave by the Church’s necromantic arts. Bound by a glowing tattoo that can liquefy your brain at a whim, you are deployed into the bloodiest trenches to do what the living cannot. Each time you die and return, a piece of your soul is lost—a childhood memory, the face of a lover, the reason you committed your crimes—until only a hollow, killing husk remains. The tone is Grim-Theocratic Action, blending the dark, oppressive atmosphere of Berserk with the high-octane, suicidal missions of Suicide Squad. You will navigate a world where the Church is as terrifying as the Daemons it fights. This is a game for players who love high-stakes combat, moral ambiguity, and the tragic beauty of "anime-pulp" fantasy where every victory comes with a price paid in blood and identity. Expect a combat-oriented, cinematic experience where the odds are perpetually stacked against you. We play with a focus on "Pulp Power"—your characters are devastatingly powerful, capable of cleaving through swarms of mutated deer-things and fish-men with ease, but you are physically and spiritually expendable. Between the visceral battles, the game explores the psychological horror of losing oneself: how much of your humanity will you sacrifice to survive the 65th Daemon? If you enjoy D&D-style fantasy dialed up to an 11, dark religious conspiracies, and the "Rule of Cool" where your last stand might just be your most glorious moment, this adventure is for you. The clock is ticking, the Daemon Golgotha is rising, and the Church has already prepared your next coffin. Will you die a mindless slave, or live long enough to remember why you were worth reviving?

Meet the Game Master
About me
As a seasoned chef by trade, when I'm not whipping up culinary masterpieces in the kitchen, I'm a tabletop RPG Game Master, conjuring fantastical worlds for brave adventurers to explore. I bring my chef's touch to the table, running lighthearted "beer and pretzel" games where laughter flows freely. My games run primarily on Foundry Vtt, using discord for voice and video. My DM style is improvisational and i love to make things up on the fly and use silly voices. I've run games for my local FLGS for 8 years and 10 years in total, as well as teaching role playing games as part of afterschool clubs for 3-5th graders and 5-8th graders. Using my years of experience, i've run tables as big as 12 players with ages from 60+ to as low as 4! Very open to trying new and different RPG's and stepping out of my comfort zone, experience is the mother of wisdom! Check out my youtube for my live play series to get a feel for who i am!
