About the adventure
Welcome to Heroes of Cerulea! This game by Bläckfisk Publishing pays homage to early games in the Legend of Zelda franchise, with a simple d4 ruleset and a large world ready to be explored! The Shadow Lord has returned to Cerulea, and new heroes must rise to defeat him! Journey to each of the 3 dungeons before taking on the Cerulean Citadel, gathering magical items and new gear to combat evil! This is a very small, niche game, so newcomers to the system are going to be the norm. Come learn an indie RPG and embark on an amazing adventure together!

I'm originally from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, but I currently live in Tokyo, Japan. I speak English and Japanese, and a little bit of Mandarin. I'm a writer, animator, artist, conlanger, worldbuilder, and GM (as you can probably tell)! I started running tabletop RPGs shortly after trying them for the first time, and I’ve been hooked ever since. There are few experiences more satisfying than running a game and watching the chemistry between characters come alive. I got my first taste of D&D in 2018, and I've been chasing that high ever since. I’m a massive nerd (aren’t we all here?). Notable loves of mine include Star Wars, The Dark Crystal, The Lord of the Rings, The Legend of Zelda, the works of Studio Ghibli, and space horror like Alien and Dead Space. These interests deeply influence the kinds of role-playing games I run and play. I'm also in the process of designing my own self-published TTRPGs and adventures. What Keilan brings to the table
I love to build upon what my players give me with their backgrounds, allies, and choices to create meaningful stories. I'm no voice actor, but I try to give each NPC memorable personality and identity. I keep my sessions fully scored using playlists I curate myself; music is a big part of RPGs for me! Typically I'm okay with bending the rules of a system a little to accommodate player choice. If something sounds awesome, I'm down to give you a chance to attempt it!
