About the adventure
This is warhammer 40k gentlefolk. expect everything to be awful, from logistical nightmares, poor reinforcements, hellish nightmare like enemies and the odds ever stacked against any one trying to just see tomorrow. Expect to see religious over tones (its Warhammer), Expect evil hellish cults making sacrifices too there dark gods (its Warhammer), Expect to try and forge a bond of comradre with your fellow PDF soldier as you strive too see the next day.

About me
Howdy I go by Rabbit (Old highschool nickname that stuck), But you can also call me Ian. I have been playing roleplaying games sense high school and the vast majority of that as a GM. I use to be big into the heros journey and the telling of the epics. but over time I have come to prefer Darker stories one where heroes are Heroic cause they are willing to suffer through the nightmare and come through it worse for ware. The ending often being "Was it worth it?" I run alot of warhammer 40k RPGs mainly the old fantasy flight systems (Dark heresy, Only war, Rogue Trader, Death watch, Black crusade.) But I am an avid collector of sytemes and books from cyberpunk 5e, The old starship troopers Role-playing game, World of darkness and its funny sequel reboot chronicles of darkness, the star wars games, He'll I have run the fan made Naruto and bleach classless rpgss at one point and so much more. In general I am willing to run most systems and games just don't expect "power fantasy" and Rightousness to be core parts of the story. Characters gear strong as a product of there wits and enviroument and being good often goes unrewarded. On the topic of good I am also a fan of villainous campaigns from your Disney villains too your vlad the impaled and hat nailers. So if you ever wanted to play out some actual evil I can provide that too.

Creating your character
We will go through all of character creation and build out the player group and there squad-mates during session 0. we will be building brand new fresh guardsmen on there first deployment so i would say this is a "low power" campaign but its 40k and the system expects you to scrape and scramble against horrible things no matter how much EXP your character has.

What The Rabbit brings to the table
everything i possibly can for Table top, i have music qued i do my best to make the funny voices and pending on the context might mix in some Audio software too compliment them, (i have some nice radio filters i like to use). generally i float between Rule of Cool and RAW. generally i like RoC when it dosent hurt the game mechanics long term and RAW when something might have lasting impact on game mechanics or hurt the flow of a scene too much.

How The Rabbit creates a safe table
So i am going to be 100% with every one this is a Warhammer 40k campaign, its not going to be very "safe" so to speak from themes of horrors of war, to cosmic horror, the carnage of an uncaring facist style military and so on. in the grim dark future all humans are Meat and the bleed Red and the imperium dosent much care beyond that. So with expectations set we will obviously still have a session 0 where we will talk about everything that might come up in the campaign. like will all of my campaigns we will discuss lines and Veils as well as handle a debrief after every session where we all check in and make sure every one is still having "fun" (its 40k so fun in the "i love watching horror movies and being scared by them" sense but 40k if that makes sense.) of course people are all ways welcome to message me directly during/before/after a session for any reason.
