About the adventure
Which Greenskin ever liked reading?! A vast continent between the World's Edge Mountains to the East, the Great Ocean to the West, the Sea of Claws in the North and the Badlands to the South. Over 2 millennia have passed since a glorious, grand coallition of Orc and Goblin warbands, tribes and WAAAGH!-hosts had tragically been defeated at the slopes of Black Fire Pass, by an unholy alliance of stinking, soft Humies and filthy, little Stunties. Your proud Greenskin predecessors were driven into the most inhospitable of backwater swamps, blasted mountain ranges, remote steppes, deep forests and the dark depths below the world. But no more! As pround Orcs and Goblins all, it is time to reclaim your rightful place in the civilizational foodchain: On top, of course! And kick out whoever disagrees! Brutality & cunning, fists, proddas, stabbas and choppas shall be your tools. Loot, glory and dominion over all weaklings your ultimate destiny! That, or kicking the bucket with a knife in the back while sitting on the shitter. Let's be honest, is's always a possibility. Welcome to the a nameless, backwater, fog flooded, cold, high mountain valley, far beyond what anyone would consider civilization. Teeming with hulking elks, packs of wolfs, oversized bats, boars & crows and infested with unnatural beasts and even trolls, the odd outcast poacher and of course the likes of you, the Greenskins, to lord over it all. Don't worry if you don't know anything about the world, the game will be introductory both in terms of lore and rules! Once you've chosen whether to play the large, muscular, yet equally dim-witted and straightforward Orcs, or the more delicate but cunning, treacherous, and nimble Goblins, your character will naturally evolve through their adventures and experiences into a specific (homebrew) camp career, fighting style and group role. Let' have fun together and not take it all too seriously ;)

About me
Hi, my name is Erik, let's play TTRPGs on here! I consider myself a casual history Nerd and occasionally Reenactor/ LARPer. Especially the Conan movies - starring my countryman Arnie - awoke my passion for film making, badass fight scenes and funny accents. Though new to this site, I started GM-ing 17 yeas ago, spending much time as a player too, wher I found great joy in journalling and illustrating my PCs adventures over the last 13 years. As a guest player in different systems, I learned to appreciate a Story First, Rules-Light approach. Recently I started GM-ing WFRP 4th Edition in person and want to introduce more people to this fascinating world and game system.

Creating your character
No need to prepare or read anything in advance, just hit me up on here and we set up a Discord call some day before the session. In 15 minutes we randomly generate your character and discuss any questions or requests etc. and also test if Discord & FoundryVTT work propperly for you. If we forget to set a safeword we'll just go with "please stop with the voice, I can't take this anymore".
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We are going to play via Discord and FoundryVTT which you can use via any PC/ Mac browser for free, you should have a propper internet connection and microphone and ideally a Webcam as well. After you messaged me on this site I will send you a Discord Link.

Homebrew rules
We will use the "UP IN ARMS" WFRP 4th Edition Group Advantage System, homebrewed greenskin careers, no corruption, close to no magic and simplified injury and psychology rules. It is a beginner One-Shot after all. In my campaigns I would introduce more complex rules slowly over time.

How The Cholerik Clerik creates a safe table
In a 1 on 1 Discord call we will talk about our expectations for the Game and see if they match. I will consider what you are not comfortable with and avoid the topic upon your joining the actual game. No sexual content of any kind will be featured in this game. In-character vulgarity and non lethal PvP has to be agreed upon by all players involved. A basic amout of TTRPG etiquette is mandatory, no repeated interrupting, insulting or harassing other players is permissable and offending players will be removed from the game and server.
