About me

Hi there Adventurer! I've played D&D since 2005 and have played tons of different games systems. As a GM I enjoy setting up moods and making stories engaging for players that allow people to really escape reality. I've run Modules, campaign adventures, and created my own settings so I have experience in a vast array of game settings. Lore dropping, fun random encounters, and improv are just a few things you'll encounter in a session I run.

Character creation

Creating your character

* Ability Roles are 4D6, reroll 1s * Create a level 17 with this question in mind, what kind of hero are you to the multiverse? * Create three level 3 variants of yourself, where could life had taken you if you chose differently, if you parents had acted differently, if the wheel of fate kept spinning? * Each character has normal starting equipment plus 250 gp to spend on additional nonmagical gear * Each character also gains one uncommon magic item of the player’s choice, subject to GM approval * Questions to think, 1. What was the greatest decision or turning point in your character’s life? 2. What is something your character wishes they could change about themselves? 3. What is your character’s signature possession or physical trait? Lastly, create a nexus feature all you incarnations share, you can pick or roll; Nexus Features d4 Nexus Feature 1 A notable scar or birthmark 2 A distinctive symbol or piece of clothing 3 A signature weapon or piece of armor 4 A particular type of makeup or hairstyle

What Draggard brings to the table

I try and do character voices to the best of my abilities. I try to utilize ambient music during certain moments. I provide a blend of the Rule of Cool and Rules as Written depending on situations and such. Combat can be intense, but focus on making it smooth and run quickly to avoid hours of long combat.

Homebrew rules

* Drinking a potion is a bonus action * If dying, you may grant heroic inspiration to allies in line of sight or stabilize instantly if no fails are active

Safety

How Draggard creates a safe table

I will send a Google Form for a Monte Cook RPG Consent Checklist that will be done before we start. There will also be a Session 0 where we will speak about any issues or things to address as a group. There are limits where we will cut to Lines and veils based on the checklist. I also will be available after session for debrief and aftercare where we can talk and unwind for a little bit.
