About the adventure
The world is changing in scary ways, and the flashiest party of adventurers in all the realm has just been TPKed trying to stop it. The goddess of victory has a plan to intervene, but that plan is more of a gamble. Goblins. She has found the least likely little heroes that the forces of evil will never see coming. All she has to do now is get them to stay on task and they might stand a chance.

About me
Hi there. My name is Jesus Avila, and I have been GM-ing D&D 5e since my last deployment in 2018. I am a US Navy vet. I began playing D&D 3.5, but have only ever run 5e. I have run approximately 9 campaigns, and all have been homebrewed settings and adventures. I started out making all the classic rookie DM blunders like overpreparing, stressing that PCs were winning too easily and even holding too hard to rules as written. I have had enough time to cool it with all of that and have been running easy/low effort games for years now. My players and their characters are the stars, and I do love when they shine.

Creating your character
Character creation will happen at session 0. All official published D&D material is allowed, and players may use any character creation app or site that will allow them to share their character sheet for me to view.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Have a discord account and a device with a working microphone. The discord invite will be sent soon after you have joined the game.
What Evil A brings to the table
I run games using theater of the mind to establish the setting. I sometimes attempt to do character voices, but don't feel pressured to do the same. I do not provide ambient music, so you do so for yourself if you please. My combat is sometimes scary, but not complicated. I do like the rule of cool when rules as written fail to meet the moment.
