How Charlie Bastian creates a safe table
As this is set in the 80's you can expect all the things the era was known for including over the top violence, and a lot of sexual innuendo. But nothing should be traumatic. I have have an Open Door policy, and we'll discuss anything that needs to be behind a Veil, or crossed a Line during Session 0. I have a 0 tolerance policy for bullying of any kind.
