About the adventure
This is an introduction to DND game - a classic module that works with just about any player class. We will go through the basics of DND, starting with a level one character and building them to level 5 through the course of the campaign. No previous DND experience needed. We will work as a team together and at the end of this campaign you will be heroes!

My name is Canyon - I am an avid reader and writer - I love fantasy and just fiction in general and that had led me to start playing DND. I started running a game for a group of friends and started playing in a few other games and really found a passion for this. We began our online presence as Dabbing Dragons and have been making content for youtube and spotify, and I am seeing what I can do to make a career of Dungeons and Dragons!

Creating your character
We will be going over character creation in session 0. Stats will be standard array. We will be starting at level 1. We will create character sheets on roll20.net and we will be playing our game on this platform as well. If you have the 2024 Players Handbook this is a great place to start, but I will be able to share my library with you at session 0.

Please make sure that you have an account on discord for audio and an account on roll20.net for character creation and our virtual table top.
What Canyon brings to the table
I will be able to provide an extensive library of books. I love doing fun voices for various NPCs and sound effects. We will likely run a campaign that is 60% roleplay and 40% combat. Combat will be interactive with the environment, intense and tactical. I typically follow the rules for the most part but rule of cool definitely comes into play in certain situations.
