About the adventure
This is a tutorial in which new players can learn about the game at a pace that suits their needs and learning style. D&D is a huge game with multiple rulesets. Many people enjoy breaking the rules by reinterpreting English grammar and language structure which create confusion and chaos at the table. This creates confusion, frustration and often causes players to feel like the game isn't fun. I aim to use D&D as a tool to create collaboration and cooperation between mutually invested story tellers. We'll take time to read and re-read rules, philosophize about the mechanics and give skeptical players time an opportunity to play the game in a format that is forgiving and functionally educational- you'll never have to say "I'm new to the game" again while having the confidence to play your character your way without overcomplicating your character sheet and your role playing.

About me
I've been playing D&D since my childhood in the early 80's and try my best to re-engage the board game mixed with improv troupe I associate with the best examples of D&D. I like voice acting, playing in-character and making sessions a mix of gameplay, making friends and giving people a place to let their imaginations run free with safety and advocacy.

You should have a growth-based, cooperative mindset with an interest in learning about people through communication.
What Tamu aka "DutchesandDragons" brings to the table
I provide access to a wealth of WoTC published materials. I am a professional actor with years of experience in classical theater and improvisation. I am from the "Gygax" era of D&D with particularly modern and contemporary political belief structures that break down stereotypes and tropes.
