About the adventure

Rock and roll. The final frontier. These are the voyages of the starship Fleetwood Mac, seeking out new life forms. However, your crew will get swept up in adventures revolving around the most unlikely subject: 20th century rock and roll legend Sheryl Crow. Join me on this light-hearted Star Trek Adventures 2e campaign as we explore the galaxy in the time of the Dominion War. Avoid confrontations with Klingons and Ferengi. Push your knowledge of Federation law and the Prime Directive to its limits. This campaign is perfect for lifelong fans of Star Trek as well as people curious about the franchise. I will teach you the game and enough Star Trek lore to be dangerous in this game. Play this game if you want to: • Learn more about Star Trek • Learn the popular Star Trek Adventures 2e game in a safe supportive environment • Have some laughs at pop culture references along the way.

About me

Garrett is a podcast host, of Threat Detected, Threats From Gallifrey and the long-running One Ring AP Threats From Mirkwood. He has written for D&D, Paranoia and Savage Worlds. His games are pulpy with a good amount of roleplaying. If you like jumping out of a moving vehicle onto a horse and hitting the rider with a flaming golf club, you've found the perfect gamemaster. I run for teenagers plus age-wise. I like gaming with kids, but I prefer the older age demographics to avoid the distractions that come with an open age range. I've proven myself to be amongst the best Dungeon Masters in the country by being selected by Baldman Games to repeatedly be selected to run the coveted DDXP slots at GenCon, which are reserved only for the best Dungeon Masters to provide an extraordinary experience for the players.

Character creation

Creating your character

Players experienced with Star Trek Adventures 2e (or just really bold) can build their own characters for the campaign. For the rest of us, campaign-specific pregens are available for quicker access to play. For building a character, use the Star Trek Adventures 2e Core Rulebook and Technical Manual.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Watch your favorite episodes of Star Trek, especially DS9 during the Dominion War.

What Garrett brings to the table

I will provide a roll20 board with pregens and sound effects. I will also provide the adventures for a fun campaign. Roll20 allows for rollable character sheets so you can leave your d20s in the drawer if you want.

Safety

How Garrett creates a safe table

We will use lines and veils and the x-card to ensure everyone feels safe in the stories we tell. The theme is light-hearted, but that doesn't mean triggers might crop up.
