About the adventure
A High Fantasy adventure set on the world of Roshar, where Kings and Queens are falling prey to The Assassin in White, a war wages on across The Shattered Plains, and frequent storms wash across the land and bring Stormlight to the globes that serve as both currency and power that are left outside, where only the foolhardy might try to steal them. You are one of several individuals whose caravan was waylaid by bandits, forced to try to survive together, and as you wander towards the Warcamps of the Highprinces gathered there, you hear cries for help that can't be ignored...

About me
Hey folks, I'm a GM from the UK who fell backwards into TTRPGs about twenty years ago having been introduced to the works of R.A.Salvatore and learning of Faerûn, Dungeons & Dragons, and eventually the mechanics that powered the TTRPG phenomenon. After a few awful first games, my own first PC a dual wielding Drow Rogue that never hit a thing, I found myself in the GM chair and never looked back, running tables through systems like D&D 3.5, 4.0 & 5E, Pathfinder 1E, Mutants & Masterminds, d20 Modern, PBTA, E20 and countless more!

Creating your character
I encourage individuals to develop a character concept, however I would reccomend that we build characters together during our Session Zero so that we can make sure that, mechanically, nobody is stepping on anyone's toes! It'll also enable me to get an idea of whether there'll be any Spren following people around...
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We'll be running the game on Foundry (I'll send you a link) and either Zoom or Discord, depending on player preference, so having access to one or both of the latter will be important. If you haven't got access to the Cosmere RPG, I'd reccomend checking out the Stormlight Starter Rules on their website; https://www.cosmererpg.com/downloads

How Matthew creates a safe table
I have a Lines and Veils document I will send out before Session Zero, we will also be using digital X, N, & O's on Foundry itself. During Session Zero I will ensure that everyone is aware of the standard for all of the covered topics in the Lines and Veils document, no names shall be mentioned, and anybody ignoring these during game will be banned.
