About the adventure
Pernrith is a homebrew town perfect for beginning play into DND it allows for autonomy, choices with separate different challenges to address should the party explore them, and allowing for actions to have immediate consequences for multiple decisions. With a mayor needing assistance with tasks why is it that adventurers turn their nose up at the jobs? what is preventing a guard on payroll from doing their jobs? it is up to the party to discover the mystery.

About me
I have been a Dungeon Master since 2019, during covid I was both a participant and a GM consistently going on 5 to 7 games a week. Right now I average 2 hrs and 30 minutes for modules and homebrew games during the weekends. If I can support the hobby I may host more games to let more people have a chance to play. Creating your character
Standard DND 5E rules with exception of stat roll first session to be played as adventurers knowing fellow party members stats to be rolled with 4d6 dice custom rule: always reroll the ones until you get a different number for the stat block then take off the lowest. Level 3 characters no limits on race or class within 5E just send me character before session begins characters can be created either in person or on DND beyond other sources as well as long as I can distinguish what their character is. only books not to refer to are books outside the DND 5E series players may use pinterest and instagram for their characters as well as long as it coincides with 5E
What to expect
Preparing for the session
My discord is Briguy7012 since this is online you will need a roll20 account and a discord account (startplaying account is a given) send a contact to me that way or through my startplaying account. I will then send an invite to roll20 and get a group started through discord.
What Briguy brings to the table
Since this is a paid session what you can expect as players are visible images to see battle maps and regular maps. A story to follow along with with complete autonomy regarding the town in place. background music to fit the feel. I will do my best at character voices however I am not a voice actor so expectation I ask to be lax on that generally I go with a balance of rule of cool while also making sure the game is not broken by outlandish fails or success actions have consequences

How Briguy creates a safe table
if someone brings up feelings of safety or concern I have improvised approaches to change the narrative to be a little more appealing with that said players join knowing topics at hand so it is on them before the one shot begins on whether the topics will be ok for them or not. I will do my best to curb topics that may be insensitive especially ones listed but it is the players that have to make it known. if I am made aware of it, if another player asks on topic I will ask players to ask a different question or phrase their interaction in a way that is more fitting to the table
