About the adventure
Tomb of Annihilation: Survival, Secrets, and the Death Curse System: D&D 5e (2024 rules) Death is broken. Resurrection magic fails. Souls are being devoured. Somewhere deep in the steaming jungles of Chult, an ancient evil stirs and time is running out. I’m DM Justin, a veteran Dungeon Master who specializes in immersive, story-driven campaigns with meaningful player choice, tactical combat, and strong character moments. Tomb of Annihilation is one of my favorite modules, and I run it as a dangerous, atmospheric survival adventure that rewards creativity, preparation, and roleplay. You may select any official class or species options that I have in my library. However, in order to maintain the rugged survival mechanics I’m implementing, I will be placing restrictions on races that don’t require food or sleep (elves are okay). Additionally, spells such as goodberry, create food and drink, and other magic that circumvents the need for food and water will not be allowed. All of this is meant to help immerse the party in the setting the harsh, tropical jungles of Chult.

About me
Hey y’all, I’m Justin! I’m an Army veteran with a lifelong love of video games, fantasy media, and most of all Dungeons & Dragons. While I’ve explored countless worlds through games and stories, nothing matches the thrill of collaborative storytelling like D&D. As your Dungeon Master, I strive to create a welcoming and immersive experience, filled with custom built, story driven adventures. I love to homebrew my campaigns, using source material as inspiration rather than a strict guide. This approach keeps things fresh, even for seasoned players who’ve run similar modules before. I fully embrace the “rule of cool” (as long as it makes some sense), and while I might not be a professional voice actor, that won’t stop me from giving it my best shot! My games run via Discord and D&D Beyond Maps both free to use so all you need is an account to join the adventure. Check out my posted campaigns, and I hope to roll some dice with you soon!
