About the adventure
The Golden Court humbly invites you to join us for the annual soirée in the coming days. While not all of you may be familiar with high society, we have decided that for just this year we shall be allowing in those who status comes from more than just blood or wealth. Some among you may local legends, scholars of a smaller renown or perhaps are simply someone who fortune favored. Regardless of your status, you are welcome to partake in the many festivities and meet the many people who are gifted with a similar invitation. You may find yourselves finding this experiencing many abnormalities outside of your norm here. Words have a great deal of power, and can even change your world if you believe in them hard enough.

About me
Howdy there! My name is Zane, and I’ve been DMing for about 3 years straight at this point and I want to expand the way I do TTRPGs. While I have primarily DM’d for D&D 5E, I’m looking to branch out with other systems so if you’re afraid of trying something out, we can learn it together. I love to shape the world that my players experience around them, be that through integrating the stories you’ve created for those characters or by just going with the flow and seeing what you guys have planned for yourselves. Creating your character
Characters will start at level 4 with stats generated by rolling 4d6 and dropping the lowest twice. Equipment will be the basic equipment provided by your class, along with a special magical item and a feat based on their character’s background.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players should join the Discord and DnDBeyond link provided to them in the prep materials, as well as have a general character idea ready for session 0 so we can dive into them further and figure out more aspects of their character.
What Zane Chapman brings to the table
I will provide an area of shared rolls for the group to use and see during the game, along with battle maps and custom items.

How Zane Chapman creates a safe table
Players can expect a DM that does his best to ensure that everyone at the table is at ease with content that is happening around them. I will also be open to further questions and concerns out of game. As for the campaign, the players can expect a high society social campaign combined with dungeon exploration and world twisting magics.
