About the adventure
Ancient power stirs deep within Panga. The area's biodiversity makes it both a natural wonder and a deadly expedition zone. Dense jungles give way to perilous mountain peaks. The valley plummets into the tangled marsh and reeds of a dank swamp. It is here you and your party have been sent to find a powerful relic before evil cultists can. You have your guild's support and you're no stranger to adventure, but something about knowing not only beast, but man, will be hunting you in the jungle has you on edge. ******** HEXPLORATION If you've ever wanted to experience a hexcrawl with a deeper story element, this is the game for you. You will encounter several factions within the hexmap that all connect to tell a bigger story. My hexcrawl rules are specifically tailored for LFG and simple enough anyone can pick them up. Feel immersed in travel without the slog. A navigator each day sets the pace and watch captains at night keep the party safe from danger. Well crafted encounter tables bring a mix of combat and social opportunity. OLD SCHOOL ELEMENTS (OSR) Enjoy OSR themes with modern DMing. Delve into a handful of dungeons and fight tough optional bosses to test your mettle. Listen out for rumors to help you search for treasure could aide you on your final fight. The threat of death looms over every combat encounter. COMPACT STORY. This is a mini-campaign or story arc that will be roughly 3-5 sessions depending on player speed and choices. This adventure is short but packed with rich story telling and lore.

Creating your character
Characters will be Level 5 and created during Session 0 using rolled stats. Characters are meant to be expendable in case they perish on this mission and a new character needs to be re-rolled. Characters will be created over Discord. You can look at the free rules for LFG but they differ slightly in some areas from the Deluxe version.

How Planar Dragon creates a safe table
I run a thorough Session 0 wherein we will go over themes of the game and what's included and what's not. Expectations for player behavior and character motivation will be set. A lines and veils document will be set to all players with a space further discussion privately if needed. During the game we will use the X, N, & O method. Players can use these short hands or send a message to me privately to time out the game and discuss or move on from any uncomfortable topic. You will NEVER experience: Racism, Sexism, homophobia, or transphobia toward your character or hear these remarks made by NPCs toward any NPC. This is a world ruled by who you follow. People may have opinions about you worshipping one God over another, but there are no religious tenets that are racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic. The countries of Hisra are distinct and mostly homogenous enough that people can point out where someone is from. People may remark your character is from somewhere or do a region specific greeting, but conclusions drawn on ethnicity/place of origin will not be negative.
