About the adventure
"Our Own Points of View" is a Star Wars: Saga Edition Game set during the Skywalker Saga, beginning with the Clone Wars and progressing through the end of the Galactic Civil War...if that is still the fated path, for "always in motion, the future is." In this play-by-post game, you will write your own saga and decide the fate of the galaxy...but you will not be alone. A SHARED GALAXY This experience offers you a more customized, personalized character, and the decisions they make won't just affect your story - they will affect others' stories too. Some players in this shared galaxy may become your allies, and you might travel the stars together. Some players might become your enemies, plotting your destruction for their own gain. And some players you'll never meet, even as the choices they make affect the goals you strive for. "DO I NEED TO KNOW THE LORE?" Not at all! Everything you need to know will be provided to you as we develop your character, and after that, as it arises in-game. CHOOSING TO PLAY-BY-POST Play-by-Post works wonders for players new and experienced who prefer to take their time with roleplay, who like to have the rules up in another tab, and/or who have busy schedules and need unconventional scheduling. THIS GAME IS FOR YOU IF... - You want to play in a socially and narratively diverse setting. Creating your character
Players will create their characters in an online application I will provide. This can be done before or during their first session. All characters will start at Level 1, and as the character builder application uses a Point Buy system for rolling stats, that is what we will be doing. I recommend referring to the Star Wars Saga Edition Core Rulebook, and I will provide a PDF for reference. There are some options in the character builder application that come from the Saga Edition expansions, and players are welcome to use them when creating their character.

Preparing for the session
Players should have an account on Discord, since that is where we will be playing by post, and it would be helpful for the players to be familiar with the character creator application we'll be using, found here: https://sagaworkshop.net/#/
What Sawyer brings to the table
For my asking price, I will provide Star Wars: Saga Edition content for character creation and campaign organization, as well as a dedicated Discord server for gameplay. I am a Rule of Cool DM who would rather the game be narratively interesting than mechanically perfect.
