About the adventure
This will be new player friendly and focused, if you've never played Draw Steel or have very little experience this is the right place. I have onboarded 20+ players to Draw Steel as a system using this adventure combo which guides you into the mechanics gently. This will start with their One Shot of "The Road To Broadhurst" and then transition seamlessly into "The Delian Tomb" adventure which is their generic fantasy introductory adventure which slowly introduces all of those special things that makes Draw Steel tick in a familiar format for players from other systems.

About me
Hello! I've been a GM for a decade now, running multiple long lasting sessions for friends, family, and strangers. I love introducing new players to TTRPGs. My two biggest traits for my players and myself are: - Respect for everyone's time at the table - Communication I hold myself to a high standard of quality from session to session and always look for feedback to improve. BIPOC, ND and LGBTQ+ Friendly! 🏳️🌈 To play you will need: - Microphone - Discord - PC (Mobile devices don't work very well for many VTTs) - Relatively quiet space to play Optional: Camera (This is optional because not everyone is comfortable with sharing their face online. I ask for this because it helps keep things personal and engaged when I can visibly see how people are reacting to what's happening, also makes it easier to see who wants to jump into a conversation without interrupting verbally)

Creating your character
There are pregenerated heroes which I will highly recommend to use, but you can customize them or make your own from scratch if you would prefer. I will help everyone get familiar with their character during session 0. The VTT we will be using stores all Draw Steel information needed so no need for books of your own if you don't have them. Stick to official material only, no homebrew
What to expect
Preparing for the session
We will be using their WIP VTT called "The Codex" which I will give my players a steam key for, but you will need a steam account You will also need to join my discord for onboarding and info sharing.
What Scott C. (Director) brings to the table
I am a big believer of player aids, the VTT also does a lot of the heavy lifting for us to smooth out the process of learning since most everything is automated in a clean format.

How Scott C. (Director) creates a safe table
I have a lines and veils document for players to fill out, we will go over a master sheet I compile from everyone's answers in session 0, We will have a digitized X, N, and O system, and I do use stars and wishes to help improve my game mastering as well as tailor your experience better to your expectations
