About the adventure

✨💖 OH, MOST POTENTIAL DARLINGS OF OZ 💖✨ A Public-Facing, Perfectly Pronounced Invitation from GLINDA (gah-LIN-da), THE GOOD Why, hello there. Yes—you. With the curious eyes. Don’t pretend you weren’t listening. By radiant permission of Ozma, and by my own considerable sense of narrative responsibility, I am delighted (positively delighted) to announce an ongoing, shared-universe adventure set in the Emerald Age of Oz— as inspired by the Andrew Probst Oz setting, and gently, lovingly, musically adjusted in light of certain… ✨ recent historical reconsiderations regarding Elphaba ✨ (History is such a flexible thing, don’t you think?) 🌟 WHAT IS THIS, EXACTLY? 🌟 This is Oz as it is now— not frozen in a single story, but living, breathing, gossiping, remembering. A persistent sandbox campaign where: 🌿 10–20 players share one evolving world 🕯️ Choices linger, consequences ripple, rumors spread 🪞 Heroes, witches, citizens, skeptics, and troublemakers all leave marks 💬 Text-based roleplay happens daily, as time allows 📜 I—your devoted Narrator and moral compass, Glinda (gah-LIN-da)— will post story responses every day, sometimes many times a day, because goodness, like glitter, gets everywhere You may explore Emerald City politics, uncover forgotten truths, question who gets to be called Wicked, or simply try to survive being noticed. All paths are valid. All stories matter. Some are just… better lit than others. ✨ FORMAT & PLAY STYLE ✨ Let us be perfectly clear (clarity is a virtue): 💬 PRIMARY PLAY: TEXT-BASED ROLEPLAY Ongoing, asynchronous RP Character-driven scenes Public moments, private whispers, and rumor-laden consequences Designed to fit real lives, real schedules, and real drama 🎤 BONUS PLAY: LIVE VOICE SESSIONS (WHEN GOODNESS ALLOWS) Free, optional voice tabletop sessions 1–3 hours when offered Open to any available players at the time Offered about once a week when my schedule permits No promises, dears— I am very busy being good. If you miss a voice session? Do not fret. The world continues, and you will feel the echoes in text. 🧙‍♀️ ABOUT THE TONE & THEMES 🧙‍♀️ This Oz is: Politically shimmering Morally complicated Musically adjacent (in spirit, darling, in spirit) Deeply influenced by Wicked-era language, cadence, and worldview Elphaba is no longer a footnote. Nor a caricature. Nor conveniently simple. The question is no longer “Who was Wicked?” But rather— Who decided? Who benefited? And who remembers differently? Do be careful how loudly you ask. 🌈 WHO SHOULD JOIN? 🌈 You, if you: Love long-form roleplay Enjoy shared-world storytelling Want your character to matter even when you’re offline Appreciate theatrical narration, emotional stakes, and Ozian nonsense words Are comfortable in a collaborative, player-driven sandbox Can handle a little sparkle, a little menace, and a lot of subtext All characters are 18+, as are the players. Oz may be whimsical—but it is not childish.

About me

I am a 45-year-old gay male. I work as a Licensed Veterinary Technician for poison control and went to school for not only that but animation / vfx. I was a VFX focus so I can't draw but I can make some cool trailers! I am a cast member on a Twitch tabletop streamed game. I have been playing/running a variety of TTRPGs since I was very young. Red Box D&D of the '80s and into the heyday of AD&D in the '90s. I have played every edition released since then and also own numerous books from each era. Dungeons and Dragons however is not the limit of my system knowledge. I own and have tried countless other systems. My preferences have started to lean toward more narrative-based systems. Many of my games will focus on PBtA systems and FATE. I, however, have numerous other systems I would love to bring to the table, such as Power Rangers, Transformers, GI Joe ( Essence20 system), Chronicles of Darkness, Vampire the Requiem, Werewolf the Forsaken...etc( Storyteller System *a personal favorite*) Even the slightly crunchier Fate powered Dresden Files, Mouse Guard, Ironclaw/Jadeclaw, Wanderhome, My Little Pony (If you are feeling animals) Classic Marvel RPG (TSR 4-Color, FASERIP) and many more. If I'm not familiar with it I'm always willing to add it to my collection and learn it! I'm a kind and outgoing person. My tables will always be LGBTQ+ friendly. I have a passion for collaborative storytelling. I will offer a unique gaming experience full of visual references and vibes. This will include custom videos, music, and references. It will also include frequent text-based downtime posts between sessions. There will be 1 scheduled 4-hour sessions/week. The number of sessions depends on the price of the table spot and the specific game being run.
