About the adventure
This is more similar to a short story than a one-shot. The party WILL NOT complete this in one session. We will discuss future sessions before and/or after the first session. On the war‑scarred continent of Hurqvist, two nations clash for absolute dominion. The Veythar Dominion, a shadow‑bound monarchy ruled by ancient bloodlines, seeks to impose eternal order through fear, sorcery, and noble legacy. Opposing them is the Solmire Confederacy, a fiery coalition of free city‑states, driven by rebellion, charisma, and the promise of liberation. Their conflict has consumed the land, leaving villages burned, alliances fractured, and mercenaries in high demand. The party finds themselves caught between these titans of ideology and ambition. Hired blades, wandering heroes, or reluctant pawns, they are thrust into a precarious position where every choice carries weight. Will they pledge loyalty to Veythar’s iron crown, fight for Solmire’s banner of freedom, or carve their own path through the chaos? Neutrality may prove impossible, as both nations covet the continent’s Amber Veins, a rare mineral that fuels war machines and sorcery alike.

About me
I grew up always being the creative writer in my family. I didn’t start playing TTRPGs until I was in the military. There I found my people, the DnD-loving, figurine-collecting, cosplaying friends that I still love and talk to till this day. At this current moment, I am running three different tables. One of the tables is a fantasy post-apocalyptic game, the other two are based in my home-brew campaign that is space cowboy-themed! I love(d) creating characters, then I discovered the art of making whole worlds and towns and even more characters!!

What Kuma brings to the table
Rule of Cool always wins at my table! But since this is technically a world war, the combat will be intense and there will be scenarios where your character and role playing abilities could be challenged!

How Kuma creates a safe table
I will be using two different safety methods to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable: Lines and Veils and X N O. Before the session, I will send out the lines and veils worksheet, then during the session I advise you to send a message or turn your camera on speak up with an X if you are feeling unsafe and/or uncomfortable.
