About the adventure
This game will be an introduction to the the mechanics of Draw Steel. We will go from Level 1 to Level 2 as you help a struggling village fight back invaders and rebuild. Fight, build, and create hope as you restore this fledgling town to its ideals. This is a homebrew adventure focused on character choice. Decide how best to save this town and go from mercenary to hero. This will be a roleplay heavy game with many combat elements as well as skill challenges. However, most of all this will be a learning experience to how the rules of Draw Steel operate. Join and be ready for a fun adventure.

About me
Hey everyone! I have been GMing for about 15 years now. I have run D&D (4e and 5e), Savage Worlds, Kids on Brooms, and Star Wars FFG. I have over 10 years of in depth experience with VTTs. My focus is to have a fun, exciting, and welcoming experience for everyone at the table. I emphasize player agency with their characters and the story as well as creating an inclusive, tolerant table that encourages each other. I am currently enrolled in school as a Finance/Accounting major so we will have any math covered. Character creation will be done at session zero. We will build our characters together using some helpful tools I will provide.

We will use discord to organize our games so you need to create a discord account. Every other tool we will use will not require sign up.
What Daniel Stevenson brings to the table
I provide the rules, original maps, and tools needed to play the game. I am a dm that employs the rule of cool and am getting better at doing unique voices for npcs. My gm style allows players to make a unique mark in the game as the game flows and changes depending on your decisions in game and in zero session.
