About the adventure

Every Harvest Moon, the local freehold gathers for the Feast of Ash and Acorn, a night of autumn revelry, ritual storytelling, and shimmering glamour. This year, the celebration takes a darker turn when a group of Thallain—the monstrous reflections of the Kithain—arrive uninvited and demand a seat at the table. You are among the honored guests—or the guardians—of the Feast. Will you offer hospitality, negotiate peace, or draw your blade beneath the harvest lights? Expect a roleplay-driven narrative full of emotion, folklore, and uneasy beauty. There’s room for both diplomacy and danger, with optional combat, a puzzle, and themed mini-games woven into the story. Perfect for fans of high-stakes courtly drama, dreamlike storytelling, and the bittersweet tone of autumn in Arcadia.

About me

A veteran gamer and LARPer for over 25 years, I am always open to playing any system that you might be interested in. As a GM/DM I am fair and happy to entertain house rules and adjustments to magic items and the like. The more involved the players are in the creation of the campaign the better, in my opinion. I love hosting games as much as playing them, and look forward to playing with all of you!

Character creation

Creating your character

You will be able to choose from several pre-made characters to play from. Cheat sheets will be provided for all abilities and a quick-start guide will be provided prior to the game for review.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

You can find most of the background information you need on the World of Darkness Wiki, but I can offer the rulebook to borrow as well. Otherwise, you need a discord account and the ability to be seen on camera, and it would help to be familiar with Owlbear Rodeo, as that is going to be our VTT platform. Otherwise you don't need much!

What Zatatmando(Lee) brings to the table

I do some character voice work, and will be utilizing a shared spotify playlist for the music. I like tactical combat, as much as the system allows for it. I am 100% a Rule of Cool GM, and am happy to entertain ideas from players.

Homebrew rules

I am happy to homebrew on the fly if need be, but I think that otherwise I don't have any homebrew rules for this system.

How Zatatmando(Lee) creates a safe table

We will go over Lines and Veils carefully before we start, and we can also use the X, N, O system with Discord, simply by either typing the letter in or by emoting with the requisite character to something posted. I will be posting some things in the Discord server for you all to react to.
