About the adventure
The Klingons are celebrating "The Winter Vigil" and the children will defend their homes against the feared invader San'Tah. You are Starfleet officers on a diplomatic mission to participate in this time honored tradition. Bring the spoils of war with you and deliver the gifts to as many Klingon homes as you can. But beware! The Klingon children will be waiting for you, and must earn their prize by defeating you in battle. This is Star Trek meets Home Alone, and you're the burglars. Can you beat the clock and make all your deliveries? Can you survive while doing it? Klingon Santa cover image used with permission by Brandon J. Carr, who can be found @brandonjcarr on most socials.

Meet the Game Master
About me
Over a decade ago, I began my journey as a D&D game master in 3.5e. Today, I live to tell stories and create shared memories. I run games in a variety of systems, including Star Trek Adventures, D&D 5e, Spire, Heart, Tales of Xadia, Mouse Guard, and more! The more games I run, the more I thrive on emergent stories that lift up player expression. I run games that support improvisation and encourage player authorship. I bring players into worlds that they can truly change and make a difference in. Start your adventure with me today and follow me into worlds that come to life through your character. Be someone new, be someone old, or just be yourself.

What to expect
Preparing for the session

What Alex brings to the table
This one shot will be illustrated with sketches of 5 locations and a unique challenge at each one. Key scenes will be given background music of Klingon Christmas music. Each scene will be delivered via Foundry VTT, where character sheet and scene traits are kept track of. Each challenge will be open ended. We will use a theater of the mind and narrative-first style of play to let your creativity run wild! I will be open to heavily improvising as we go. Challenges will provide opportunities for all ship department roles to shine!

How Alex creates a safe table
LINES: - No sexual content - No Torture VEILS - Harm to children* * This one shot involves Klingon children attempting to protect their home against "invaders" like they are Kevin McCallister in Home Alone. As such, some Klingon children may take some superficial wounds, but there will be no maiming and no death. The tone will be cartoony and light hearted. Playing the X-Card will be as simple as pushing a button.
