About the adventure
Welcome to DRAW STEEL, the new "tactical, cinematic, heroic fantasy" TTRPG from MCDM Productions. The Delian Tomb is the official starter adventure for Draw Steel, designed to introduce players to the rules and mechanics of the game before setting them loose on an expansive sandbox full of monsters, mysterious secrets, and powerful magic items. Your team of heroes will delve deep into an ancient dungeon in search of a long-lost artifact, explore the local village of Broadhurst and uncover the secrets of its inhabitants, and race against a rival team of adventurers whose motives may be something less than honorable. Whether you've been playing classic D20 games for years or are brand new to tabletop role-playing games, there is a spot for you at this table to learn Draw Steel. Sessions will be weekly, and it will probably take 8-10 sessions to explore every last corner of the adventure.

About me
Hi! My name is Paul. I've been playing tabletop games in one form or another for over 20 years. I haven't been GM-ing quite as long, but I've still got about a decade under my belt there. I'm always happy to DM for experienced players, but I also love introducing new players to the hobby and helping them get started. I've spent the most time in D&D and Savage Worlds, but I'm always up for learning new systems.

Creating your character
Pre-generated characters are available with special, easy-to-follow character sheets designed for new players. If desired, custom characters can be created (pending GM approval) with the website Forge Steel. During Session 0, we'll review characters, answer questions, and make sure everyone is ready to dive into the adventure.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Links will be provided for the Discord server, character creation tools, and the virtual tabletop Owlbear Rodeo. Make sure you can access Owlbear Rodeo in your browser and have a working headset and microphone.
What Paul brings to the table
Maps, tokens, dice roller, and music through Owlbear Rodeo. Character Sheet PDFs. A Discord server for chat. A downloadable cheat sheet covering all the options available on your turn. Lots of silly voices (some better than others).

How Paul creates a safe table
I will send a link to the Lines and Veils documents, which we will then discuss during Session O. X, N, & O's can be messaged for privacy, or announced on mic. My biggest concern is that everyone at my table has a good time and feels comfortable speaking up for their needs during the game.
