About the adventure
The Year is 1989. Blackreach is a city on the edge of collapse: a singular gang has conquered the city under the rule of one man, The Overboss. As a result, shootouts are constant, explosions echo through abandoned districts, and corruption runs unchecked. On Devil’s Night, the Overboss prepares a plan that could burn entire neighborhoods to the ground, unleashing chaos that the city may never recover from. Players dive into a fast-paced, neon-drenched urban battleground filled with shootouts, drug-fueled brawls, back-alley deals, and brutal street chases. They’ll clash with gang enforcers, paramilitary troops, and high-tech killers while uncovering the conspiracy that threatens to ignite the city. As the night escalates, helicopters roar overhead, bombs begin to detonate, and the final showdown becomes a race against time to stop the Overboss before he escapes and triggers total destruction. This is a campaign of high tension, heavy fire, neon grit, and nonstop action—where every choice pushes Blackreach closer to salvation or ruin.

About me
I started playing tabletop games back in 2018, and it has redefined me as a person. Throughout that time, I made lifelong friends, great memories, and embarked on fantastical adventures. Most of my time with tabletop gaming has been as a game master. I've crafted encounters, NPCs, and even whole worlds. I used these skills to run campaigns for my gaming club in college, at my LGS for the public, and even several tournaments. As a game master, I love seeing players form bonds and succeed when the odds are against them. Together we can craft a tale like none before, but a single question yet remains: Will you Let The Die Decide?

What to expect
Preparing for the session
You need to join Discord and Roll20, as well as complete a Lines and Veils survey.
What Let The Die Decide (Jeremy) brings to the table
I do character voices, ambience, a curated Spotify soundtrack, and lean into the rule of cool. This mini-campaign has decent difficulty combats, but only short rests throughout. Resources will be scarce by the end. Consider having a personal character reason for wanting to take on the Overboss and dismantle his gang. Premade characters are available as well.

After each session, I will briefly check in with the party to ensure each player enjoyed their session and discuss any concerns.
