About the adventure
Come jump into the fantastical realm of the FeyWild for a glorious party and maybe a mystery or two. Hob-nob with the who's who of the FeyWild, schmooze with socialites of the outer planes, and enjoy entertainment from the elemental realms. All levels of experience are welcome in this one-shot. Below is a quick description of the setting/vibe of the game. "You've each been invited to the Four Seasons Ball, this Feywild celebration of phantasmagorical and whimsical flights of fancy doubles as a diplomatic stage for peace talks between the Summer and Winter courts. Over the years, this event has grown in size and infamy, becoming grander and more elaborate throughout the years. As honored guests, your arrival is anticipated by all. How will you navigate the treachery and subtlety of the courts? Only time, and eventually the bards, will tell."

About me
I've been playing D&D and other TTRPGs since I was in middle school. I have been running games since college, starting with a Star Wars-skinned D&D 3.5 game. I enjoy helping new players find things to love about TTRPGs, bringing veteran players a fun experience, and ensuring that everyone has a memorable adventure. I have run multiple "D&D 101" games that allow new players to dip a toe in without committing to a full campaign. I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, a huge Star Wars fan, and an animal nerd.

What Max brings to the table
I integrate character backstories as much as possible, even in one-shots, into the storylines. I run heavy RP stories primarily with some combat scattered into it. Character voices will be utilized (I hope you enjoy the attempt) Any combat will lean toward the "Rule of Cool" with the Rules being used as a baseline/a set of guidelines.
Homebrew rules
Potion Drinking: Drinking a potion yourself is a bonus action; feeding a potion to another character is an action. Crunchy Crits: When you score a critical hit, you maximize your damage dice + modifiers and then roll the damage dice again
