About the adventure

The Rust Sharks of Mars – Terror Finds a New Frontier Welcome to Mars, 2147. Humanity has claimed the red planet, building sprawling colonies under transparent domes and mining its depths for the resources that fuel civilization. But when a routine excavation drills too deep, a team of miners unearths an ancient aquifer—and something waiting within it wakes. You and your crew are among the survivors. The colony’s water systems are now infested with monstrous, rust-scaled sharks born of Martian evolution and centuries of isolation. As they tear through the tunnels and reservoirs, the fragile colonies teeter on the brink of collapse. In this campaign, players must balance survival, investigation, and moral choices under mounting pressure. Will you barricade and defend, venture into the flooded underworks to uncover the sharks’ origin, or risk it all to save what’s left of Mars’ first true city? Featuring tense survival mechanics, deadly encounters, and mysteries buried in Martian soil, The Rust Sharks of Mars challenges every decision you make. The planet’s water runs red—can your crew outsmart the predators before the domes fall?

About me

I may be dating myself, but I have been playing and GMing RPGs since Dungeons and Dragons was first published. I've run numerous systems and many hours of games for friends and at conventions (such as Gamehole Con and Gary Con). I have also run many hours of games online, beginning around the start of the pandemic. I also enjoy video/computer games, mostly PvE and cooperative games. I am not a fan of PvP. I enjoy watching movies of all kinds. I prefer to watch movies in the theater. I believe that's how movies were meant to be enjoyed. I have a large, orange, male cat named Leo who is a camera hog. Don't be surprised to see him on camera while we play a game together. I have a calm, casual demeanor. It takes a lot to anger me. I am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community and its members.
