What Thomas brings to the table
Laid back but focused on the game. I bring creative storytelling with limited character voices to a collaborative experience. I use Rules as written mostly but the Rule of Cool is my main guideline. You can expect fair play in a openminded and tolerant environment in which players and the Gm work together to bring the best narrative possible to each session. With almost 40 years experience as a GM and player in several different TTRPGs as well as both in person game sessions and online sessions, I am well versed in some of the difficulties that might arise and how to solve them for the benefit of the party as a whole.
Homebrew rules
I use very few homebrew rules. The most important being that changing weapons is a free action while retrieving and drinking a potion is a bonus action. I also allow for multiple hybrid races(including monsters within reason from the monster manual) and triple class multiclassing.

How Thomas creates a safe table
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vLeIkzw9tvgTayZ1N78uWUgmnvlbzAbL/view?usp=sharing is the link for the line and veils document I use. X card is messaged or said aloud during sessions. Each session will have a 15 minute break in the middle as well as the last half hour dedicated to check in with players about the session and what they enjoyed or disliked about the session.
