About the adventure
The Bay State — one of several within a region of northeastern America referred to as “New England”. Known for holding various historical footnotes in time. Massachusetts has become an attractive nexus for unnatural and spiritual phenomena that have been unimpeded for close to a decade in the present time. Pentex has slipped its teeth and tools within the state’s boundaries for more economical power. Crazed Hunters have made friendlies with keepers and enforcers of human law, and in doing so, made their strenuous pursuits a lot easier on themselves. And as of 10 months ago, Leeches, whom some politely address as Vampires, have decided to entrench themselves in old and affluent neighborhoods and have started preying on the stupid and Elderly. “Werewolf: The Apocalypse” is set in the World of Darkness, a modern-day gothic-punk world much similar to our own where paranormal creatures such as werewolves, vampires, ghosts, and many, many other supernatural entities that go bump in the night are considered real. This game concentrates on spiritual and physical horror, character development, and personal choice. In Werewolf, you assume the role of a Garou. An aberration to most, and a warrior to the Living Earth. But the world your predecessors were fighting to sustain is no longer the same. The credible Garou Nation is shattered. Even the Umbra, the spiritual reflection of the material world, has slowly made itself a stranger to the creatures who once traversed it as easily as man traversed to the sea.

About me
“Long ago, in a quiet corner of the world, a young girl was once (still is) regularly obsessed with fictional stories of all shades. She engrossed herself so deeply into these distant, fantasy worlds that were merely imaginative. She kept herself satisfied for a time on daydreams, and toys, making up the most bewildering possibilities with just the pure creative juice most children hadn’t learned to neglect. Over time, this imaginative girl learned to make her stories real through writing, and thought to share her ingenuity with other Kindred spirits! Soon enough, like a painter in his locale, she desired to collaborate with others to make not just stories, but entire worlds filled with them. All unique and fascinating.” – Most likely me, I guess.

Creating your character
Everything related to character creation and brainstorming will occur in session 0. Having a character concept you've been mostly dying to make is fine and dandy, but leaving some wiggle room to see what you could theoretically bounce off of in terms of dynamics with another character player within the game would be a nice touch as well to further add more details to the concept in mind already. Unlike most WTA campaigns — I love giving players the opportunity to make slightly more flexible characters, and to seemingly reflect this, bonus XP will be available to every player during the beginning of group character creation.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
For this adventure, you’ll need Discord and a fairly decent mic, and optionally a headset. You will also need a Roll20 account, which you can sign up for free via Google. Video, physical dice, and source material is not required but if you have them, you’re totally more than welcome to use them if available! Once you join the game, I’ll be sure to send you the invite link to the discord server where we’ll be making a lot of the magic happen with personalized channels.
What Kelsey brings to the table
• Rule of Cool ✨ • Music and an appropriate theme • Links to the Corebook and sources if needed • I’ll be able to offer patient assistance with getting to know the mechanical aspect of the game and character creation • Can explain the Basics with Roll20 (I’ve at least got that totally downpacked)
Homebrew rules
I've no homebrew immediately planned but if there are any requests, I'm more than positive something can be worked.

Safety
How Kelsey creates a safe table
I’ll hand over a Google form to each individual player enlisted in the chronicle that suggests Lines and Veils to fill out. And then do a session 0 following character creation as well. In Roll20, I’ll also have a safety cards module.
