About the adventure
4️⃣ Session Series (Dec 2nd- 23rd) Will Teach You the Ins and Outs of Cyberpunk Red. If you enjoy really understanding a system then this is for you. Session 1️⃣ (Dec 2nd) You will discover the setting, dig into the lore, learn the core mechanics, and then we will build characters together. You will get advice and feedback on your character. Session 2️⃣ (Dec 9th) & 3️⃣ (Dec 16th) You will play a gig as your character. You will learn combat, netrunning, and Improvement Points (IP) while playing. Playing a gig over 2 sessions means that we can take a little extra time to explain things without cutting the gig short. Session 4️⃣ (Dec 23rd) After the gig, it is time for you to learn about healing, repairing items such as armor, hustles for extra eds, and therapy. These are parts of the system that are rarely touched in one-shots. When You are Done: 🎓 You will know how to make characters. 🗺️ You will be familiar with the setting and lore. ⏲️ You will understand how IP and downtime works. 😎 You will be ready to throw your chooms into Night City. I’m an experienced and prepared GM who knows Cyberpunk Red inside and out. I'm a firm believer in player autonomy and the Rule of Cool. About me
I literally grew up playing D&D and other TTRPGs. Starting at my brother's table at 6 years old and continuing to this day. In my 30+ years of being a GM, I have written numerous stories, played/ GM'd variety of systems, built entire games, authored game supplements, and played in some livestreamed games. My table is a welcoming and inclusive place where we all can get together and have fun playing some games. How Tracy Goodwin creates a safe table
We aiming to begin the series on December 2nd with at least 3 players. It will run weekly, through Dec 23rd. During the 1st session, we will discuss general expectations and safety tools including lines and veils. I will also discuss the importance of safety tools in all games. Lines & Veils are discussed at the table and recorded in a discord channel for everyone's convenience. We use digital X cards in Foundry to pause play if something is an issue and then we can figure out a way forward that everyone is comfortable with.
