About the adventure
š¾ āThese are the monster hunters, eh? Well, better than nothing...I suppose." š¾ Something stalks the streets of 5th Avenue. Each night, another body is found; throat torn out, strange claw marks in the cobblestones, and no witnesses left alive. The City Watch is baffled, the nobles are panicking, and a new night creeps ever closer. You and your team have been called in; the best, or at least the most affordable, investigators, bounty hunters, and scholars of the strange. You have until midnight to uncover who on 5th Avenue hides the beast within, what can bring it down, and how to stop the next murder before the clock strikes twelve. šÆļø What Is This Session? šÆļø This is a level 6 one-shot for D&D (2014 rules), designed as a blend of mystery investigation, social deduction, and tense monster hunting. Players will explore a gothic-fantasy city block filled with secrets, question suspicious townsfolk, uncover clues, and face moral dilemmas as they close in on the truth. Expect a balance of deduction, roleplay, and one climactic encounter when the beast is finally cornered. No prior detective experience required! Just sharp wits, brave hearts, and maybe some silver weapons. Pre-generated character sheets will be available for anyone new or seeking a quick start. While all levels of experience are invited, this is not a learn to play one-shot, and players may need to understand the basics of DnD. š« What This Session Isnāt š« This is not a dungeon crawl or hack-and-slash. Combat may come, but intuition and insight will serve you far better than brute strength. The key to survival lies in observation, deduction, and making the right call before time runs out. š āFind the beast before the clock strikes twelve, I beg ye. I beg ye all!"š

About me
If youāre reading this, we already have something in common: we both love storytelling! For me, storytelling is at the heart of everything I do. Iām passionate about weaving compelling narratives and creating immersive roleplay experiences, and I love doing it with players of all backgrounds. I have a lot of experience running games for women, LGBTQIA+, and beginner players, and I strive to create a space where everyone feels welcome and engaged. Iām a flexible GM who focuses on making the game fun for everyone at the table. Rules are important, sure, but if bending or even breaking them makes the story better or the session more enjoyable, Iām all for it! Our shared enjoyment is always my top priority. One of my favorite compliments from a player says it all: "I don't know how you do it, but I care more about my fake D&D mom's opinion of me than my real mom, and I hate you for that."
