About the adventure
You died. Maybe it was noble. Maybe it was foolish. Maybe it wasn’t even your fault. But death wasn’t the end. Under the pale shimmer of the Crooked Moon, something stirred. You awoke—changed. Perhaps reborn as one of the strange new peoples of this world: fiery Ashborn, tree-bodied Gnarlborn, cursed wolf-like Curseborn, skeletal Relicborn, and more. Or perhaps you remained as you were, clinging to the last threads of your former self. Choose from new subclasses. Either way, your ticket was punched. Now you ride the Ghostlight Express, a spectral train that cuts through the veil between worlds, bound for the haunted city of Druskenvald. There, the dead walk, the moon weeps, and fate itself can be rewritten—if you dare. This is a campaign of second chances and shadowed legacies. Of mythic rebirth, eldritch railways, and the question that haunts every soul aboard: Who were you before you died—and who will you become now? Board the train. Rewrite your story. The Crooked Moon is watching.

About me
A lifelong devotee of Dungeons & Dragons since the early days of 1980, I’ve worn every hat the game offers—player, storyteller, worldbuilder, and Dungeon Master. My tables are built on a foundation of rules, but they’re elevated by the rule of cool: if it’s cinematic, clever, or just plain awesome, it deserves a place in the story.

What Mike brings to the table
My tables are built on a foundation of rules, but they’re elevated by the rule of cool: if it’s cinematic, clever, or just plain awesome, it deserves a place in the story. Whether guiding heroes through mythic quests or rolling dice as a player myself, I believe D&D is at its best when it’s dramatic, collaborative, and just a little bit unpredictable. After all, the game isn’t just about stats—it’s about stories that linger long after the final roll.
