About the adventure

The Rapture was real. It happened. Trumpets blared. Jesus returned to where He left a couple millennia ago. The Chosen rose into the sky amongst the gnashing of those who thought they were worthy. The world watched in wonder as the Bible was proven. Then the unthinkable happened. Israel launched missiles. A direct hit on The Lamb of God. After the smoke cleared there was nothing left. The Chosen plummeted to Earth, finding a more painful way to Heaven. The world watched in horror. Hell opened releasing its hordes. Religion preached repentance, insisting that Jesus had to survive. A week later the air rang out with the blare of trumpets yet again. Angels descended from Heaven. People rejoiced. The Angels weren't there to save Mankind. They declared Judgment. They declared War. Man's only hope lay in ancient occult secrets. On the verge of extinction man evolved into monsters. Come join a dark tongue and cheek game about surviving the apocalypse.

About me

Hi! I've been Gming ttrpgs for 29 years, and I love it. I build sandbox worlds that shift and change around the players; where you can go anywhere and adventure is just around the corner. I excel at helping players build backstories and weaving them into the game. As a GM I truly believe that the table top is about bringing the player's story to life, and making that happen is my favorite part of ttrpg. It's important to me to run an inclusive, safe table. To that I end I employ session zero, a discord, open discussion policy, a zero tolerance of bigotry policy. Politics are inevitable in an rpg game, however hate has no place.

Character creation

Creating your character

We can create characters over DM when you join, or during session 0. I like Heroes to feel like Heroes so however you honestly and fairly get the best scores, let's do that. Probably roll 4d6 drop the lowest reroll under 9's.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Need a discord Need D&D Beyond

What Alice brings to the table

I bring the rules! I will share my campaign content so you have the Grim Hollow options. I also bring the VTT. I haven't decided on Above or Foundry. The problem lies in the way that D&D Beyond handles Heritage Traits. I'm a very rule of Cool style DM. Game Balance is important to me, and story telling is important to. I've been doing this a long time and I'm great at improv. Be creative and be Rewarded.....but like some rewards can also be punishments mwahahahahahaha

Homebrew rules

SO this is going to be a post apocalyptic modern times done with 2024 5e d&d rules. There's gonna be some weirdness that we'll have to discuss and work out. I like flanking rules.
